When it comes to professional courses after 12th science, the most favorite choice among Indian students are- Engineering and MBBS. Engineering especially has seen an increase in the number of aspirants in the recent years. That event leads to a question- has B Sc (Bachelor of Science) lost its sheen? To be honest, yes, it has lost some of its sheen. The main factor behind it is the fact that many private Engineering colleges have opened up, increasing the number of seats. This has enabled students to opt for Engineering rather than B Sc. And remember that engineering is treated as a better course than B Sc! Also, job prospects for B Sc graduates have dried up to an extent these days. Even if many of them land jobs, they are often low paying jobs! But let me tell you again that B Sc still is at.
